Working on projects that enables us to use the creative part of our brain has our preferences. However, our philosophy is that everything we make should be practical! This means we never lose sight of usability. Our main fields of interests are Design and Web Development.
Design
This part of midd.ag focuses on everything that is used to communicate something. Be it a corporate identity, Point of Sale material, retail packages, brochures or a website. Being end-to-end also means that our clients do not have to worry about dealing with a printer or a producer of retail packages; we will take care of that. In essence we make a rough distinction between Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Packaging Design and Web Design.
Web Development
Nowadays almost every company and individual has some sort of presence on the Internet. Next to designing the appearance of a website, we also love building the systems behind them. The more complex a system is, the more excited our programmers get. In essence it does not really matter whether you have an existing website you would like us to have a look at (and want us to change it : - ) ) or whether you are new on the net; we will make sure the website fits your ideas, vision and your corporate identity. Advice
We like to see our clients grow (preferably from the beginning). On this path to growth, the client needs advice every once in a while. By thinking conceptually and closely following our clients once a project is started, midd.ag is able to support them any time. Since there is always room for optimization and improvement, we can actually never speak about “final delivery”.
Hosting
Apart from developing your website, midd.ag can truly offer “the full package” by being able to offer hosting through our hosting partner, Coronis. Coronis’ servers are located in the eco-friendly EvoSwitch (http://www.evoswitch.com) datacenter in Haarlem, the Netherlands. With high-speed connections to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) – one of the most important hubs in worldwide Internet connectivity – and other well-known other clients such as Wikipedia Europe and Leaseweb, EvoSwitch and Coronis can offer optimal speeds for your website.
Hosting is only offered to midd.ag clients and is not actively advertised with by Coronis. As such, Coronis can guarantee sufficient capacity, uptime and compatibility of your website on its server farm. Because of Coronis’ strong partnership with midd.ag, any questions can be answered by your contact person at midd.ag as well. That’s what we really call end to end.
